At Mahua Resorts, we strive to offer exceptional hospitality while maintaining fairness and clarity in our processes.
Payment Terms – Mahua Resorts Terms and Conditions
To confirm your reservation, a 50% advance payment for the resort and 100% advance for safari bookings(optional) must be made at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before check-in. For reservations made within 7 days of the check-in date, 100% advance payment is required upon booking.
These payment guidelines help us ensure a smooth check-in experience and provide the best possible service at Mahua Resorts.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. As outlined in the Mahua Resorts Terms and Conditions, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 100% refund if cancellation is received at least 10 days before check-in
- 70% refund if cancellation is received between 6 to 9 days before check-in
- No refund if cancellation is made within 5 days of check-in or in case of a no-show
Please note that safari bookings, group bookings, and stays during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, and New Year are non-refundable under any circumstance..
Check-In and Check-Out Information
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can be requested in advance. As stated in the Mahua Resorts Terms and Conditions, our policies are created to balance guest comfort with operational efficiency.
