Payment

50% advance for resort and 100% advance for safari (optional) booking to be paid at the time of confirmation. Balance payment to be made 7 days prior to check in.
100% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation if booking is made within 7 days of check in.

Cancellation

100% refund of the resort booking if cancellation is received 10 days before check in.
70% refund of the resort booking if cancellation is received between 6 to 9 days of check in.
No refund if cancellation is received within 5 days of check in or if a no show.
Safari, long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, New Year and group bookings are non-refundable.

Check in: 2:00 pm and check out: 11:00 am. Early check in and late check out will be considered, subject to availability.
